Portfolio and Operations Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Manage systems, products, and operations within the B2B retail market.
Collaborate with front office, physical desk, and other units to enhance cooperation and service delivery.
Oversee the deal lifecycle, ensuring quality control for customer onboarding, offboarding, and implementation of changes.
Support the Lead B2B Nordic and represent business interests in internal meetings.
Develop tools and reporting for portfolio and customer management.
Analyze inefficiencies and initiate concepts and projects for improvement.
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in energy, financial services, or controlling.
Proficiency in business reporting techniques, tools, and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, and proficiency in English.
Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for learning new systems and architectures.
