Origination Customer Solutions Manager (f/m/d)
Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. to shape the future of energy within our high-octane Origination team! We source, structure and secure the biggest deals across Poland’s power and renewables market, and build strong relationships with corporates, developers and utilities.
You will streamline day-to-day commercial operations and act as the vital bridge between the Axpo organization and our elite team of Originators.
What you will do:
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for existing industrial and corporate customers on operational and execution-related matters.
Coordinate customer inquiries across internal departments (Portfolio Management, Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal, IT) and ensure timely resolution.
Organize regular customer communication, including operational updates, market reports, and regulatory information.
Lead the onboarding process for new customers after contract signature, ensuring system and process readiness.
Prepare standard contracts and annexes using templates based on approved templates, and maintain accurate customer data in internal systems.
Support the utilization and continuous development of customer-facing tools including the Customer Portal.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer coordination, or operational roles serving corporate/industrial clients.
Solid understanding of commercial contracts, contractual documentation and operational processes - ideally with the energy or utilities sector (highly preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
High level of accountability, self-reliance, and ownership. You are action-oriented, organized, and remain cool-headed under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
A deeply client-centric approach focused on responsiveness and service quality.
Fluency in both Polish and English is essential.
