As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with European regulations while optimizing processes and driving innovation. What you will do:

• Prepare, review, and optimize working processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Stay updated on market changes and initiate measures to implement them correctly and on time.

• Act as the single point of contact for specific tasks and supervise daily/monthly operations.

• Monitor and manage the reporting of all transactions in accordance with EMIR/REMIT regulations, solving technical issues with support from the IT department.

• Reconcile financial and commodity positions, clarify discrepancies with external counterparties, and prepare regular reports for the Risk Department.

• Use tools such as ReconArt and EBX to perform automatic and manual reconciliations.

• Update training materials, checklists, and support the implementation of new tasks.

• Collaborate with traders, originators, and teams across Risk, Legal, Controlling, Accounting, and IT departments to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Back Office function, ideally within a finance institute or energy trading company.

• Fluent in English; a second foreign language (e.g., German) is an advantage.

• Advanced IT user skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Self-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ETRM systems (e.g., ENDUR) and reporting tools is a nice-to-have.

• Knowledge of EQUIAS products (e.g., CMS, eRR) and European regulations (EMIR/REMIT) is a nice-to-have.

• Strong understanding of the Deal Life Cycle and commodity markets is a nice-to-have.
