Our target start date for this role is mid to late May.

What you will do:

• Manage and handle daily transactions under the Confirmations Handling team’s operational scope.

• Perform controlling, processing and maintenance functions, as well as other operational workflow activities across multiple systems: E.g. transactions amendments and validations.

• Handle electronic and manual transactions confirmation documents under all mandated Axpo Legal Entities.

• Resolve day-to-day issues, trade disputes, and exceptional case scenarios with internal and external stakeholders alike.

• Manage systems setup and automation, processes creation and performance improvement initiatives.

• Daily market trading controlling coverage:

-            Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 (standard);

-            End of Day Shift: 12:00 – 21:00 (on a team and operational delegation per need basis);

What you bring & who you are:

• Education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a technical field (university/university of applied sciences).

• Experience in the energy trading or sales industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of energy and financial markets, including financial & physical products, contract mapping, and derivative settlements is an advantage.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of IT systems like Endur, Ice eConfirm, or EMIS is a plus.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
