What you will do
- Take on the role of Business Process Owner for Payroll and Time Management during the implementation of SAP PCE in Switzerland
- Coordinate test plans, conduct test runs including UAT, and support troubleshooting
- Manage defects and ticket triage during testing, hypercare, and operations
- Ensure smooth operation of the SAP PCE system for Payroll and Time Management for Switzerland
- Ensure harmonized and legally compliant processes within the Axpo Group and support internal and external audits
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions for IT
What you bring & who you are
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with SAP HCM or PCE
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll and time management
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Ideally, experience with international HR projects and digital transformation initiatives
