Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of category strategies and sourcing initiatives for IT procurements

• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, order confirmations, goods receipts, and invoices

• Assist in the preparation and execution of RfX processes

• Monitor procurement KPIs and maintain procurement data in relevant systems

• Advise internal users on tools such as S4, Ariba, and Fiori

• Collaborate with Category Management on risk analyses and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines

Profile & Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, business administration, or IT-related fields

• Experience in operational purchasing and knowledge of procurement processes in the IT environment

• Proficient in ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)

• Service-oriented mindset with accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage

• Proactive team player with strong organizational skills

About the Team:

You’ll be part of a committed, international procurement team based in Cluj, working closely with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes – with a focus on IT.
