At Axpo, we are driving digital transformation and innovation. As a Tech Strategy Manager, you will work across IT and digital teams to ensure the successful implementation of our IT strategy. Your role will be key in engaging stakeholders, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring adoption across the organization.

What you will do:

Project adoption and stakeholder engagement

• Develop strategic documentation and organize sessions to promote. understanding, foster engagement, and drive the successful implementation of Axpo’s tech strategy and digital adoption efforts.

• Coordinate the adoption of strategy-related efforts, building alignment among internal stakeholders and effectively communicating the value of Group IT strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to articulate, communicate and implement the overall technology strategy.

• Support the implementation of Axpo’s agile transformation initiatives

• Track internal KPIs to measure the success of adoption efforts.

Strategy documentation and storytelling

• Design high-quality, impactful presentations and documentation that combine compelling storytelling with professional visuals, ensuring the materials support the understanding and adoption of technology-driven strategies and digital product initiatives.

• Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand narratives and visuals tailored to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across leadership, IT and business teams.

• Work closely with technical and business teams to articulate the technology vision and roadmap with a product mindset and making complex strategic concepts accessible and actionable.

What you bring & who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in project management and agile environments, consulting, IT/Tech strategy, or digital adoption.
• Experience working in agile / product development teams or IT strategy and consulting roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Excellent ability to create professional documentation and compelling presentations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation.
• Pragmatic, action-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
