Who We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a skilled developer with experience in building interfaces between systems and familiarity with .NET Blazor for frontend development. If you enjoy solving complex integration challenges and delivering intuitive solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• System Integration: 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining interfaces between systems, particularly trading, contract management, settlement, confirmation, and clearing systems.
• .NET Development: Strong foundation in .NET (preferably .NET Core) for building reliable, scalable backend services.
• Frontend Development: Familiarity with .NET Blazor for building dynamic and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in working with relational databases and cloud-based data warehouses to store, query, and manage data.
• API Development: Experience working with RESTful APIs, both consuming and creating them, and asynchronous messaging using message brokers such as RabbitMQ to enable seamless system communication.
• Cloud Basics: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes for container orchestration and scalable cloud deployments.
• Automation & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools to streamline development workflows.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Blazor Knowledge: Interest in expanding your skills with Blazor for creating rich, interactive web applications.
• Containerization: Basic knowledge of Docker for running and deploying applications, as well as its usage for local development environments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Agile Practices: Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Performance Optimization: Interest in improving system performance and scalability.

Other Requirements:

• Travel: Occasional travel to our headquarters in Baden, AG, Switzerland.
• Language: Fluent, professional-level English (95% of communication is in English).
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
