As an AD/EntraID Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and managing Axpo's identity and access management infrastructure. From cloud onboarding to lifecycle management, your expertise will ensure secure, efficient, and compliant identity solutions for our global operations.

What you will do:

• Manage and operate Azure AD and Active Directory core infrastructure.
• Configure Azure components, workflows, roles, and policies.
• Support engineering teams in cloud integration and "move to cloud" initiatives.
• Define technical solutions, contribute to the vision and roadmap, and implement customer-centric requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide 2nd-level support in interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead or participate in exploratory projects, Proof of Concepts, and blueprint designs.

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and IAM standards (e.g., OAuth2, SAML, OpenID).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate).
• Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools like PowerShell, Graph API, and SharePoint is a plus.
