We're looking for an experienced C# developer with a passion for sustainable energy solutions to play a pivotal role in developing applications critical for our day-ahead scheduling process. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge software development and data analysis within a dynamic and innovative team.
What you will do:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our forecasting and balancing applications, understanding both technical and business perspectives.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise as a coach to the data analysis team.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, reliability, and design.
- Design and develop innovative features, adhering to best software development practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements, conduct code reviews, and stay abreast of industry trends and technologies.
What you bring & who you are:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on C#.
- You are interested in learning or you already have experience in Python for analytical purposes.
- You are proficient in JavaScript and Angular for front-end development.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including CI/CD and quality assurance techniques.
- Fluent in English and a good understanding of Spanish.
