What you will do:

• Analyze and execute business requests for enhancements to existing ETRM system functionality.
• Document user requirements and produce specifications for IT developers on large projects.
• Execute smaller system changes as required.
• Ensure support and customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility.
• Comply with internal performance agreements and deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively in a team and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation within the system.

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in Information Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Assertiveness and the ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur ETRM system.
• Knowledge of Energy Trading / Trading processes; Electricity and Gas product knowledge essential.
• Competency in the full Deal Lifecycle (Front, Middle, and Back).
• Outstanding analytical skills and excellent team player.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus.
