What you will do:

• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Act as an escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Optimize M365 configurations, policies, and security settings to align with best practices.
• Leverage PowerShell and other scripting tools for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, proactively addressing vulnerabilities and incidents.

What you bring & who you are:

• 3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong technical skills in Active Directory, PowerShell, and related technologies.
• A hands-on, user-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, our business language.
