Business Analyst (f/m/d)

What you will do:
· Reduce operational risks and increase efficiency in Back Office operations.
· Support and lead business transformation and strategic projects.
· Provide process analysis and problem-solving support to operational teams and Cooperation with Front Office, Market and Credit Risk, Accounting, Controlling, Logistics and the wider Back Office Services for daily issues.
· Manage and improve reporting, including KPI reports and report automation.
· Actively contribute to automation, quality improvement, and process optimization.
· Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Take ownership or drive developments for metered data super user and Billing system.
· Follow-up of audit findings and with the involved teams to achieve and in time implementation.
· Participation in various projects in the division (e.g. integration of new markets, changes of business model, system implementations)
What you bring & who you are:
· University degree in Business Management or IT.
· At least 3 years of experience in energy trading and sales.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Strong business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder alignment
· Expertise in financial markets, deal lifecycle management, and process optimization.
· Experience in deal booking, contract modelling and invoicing of Full supply and PPA contracts.
· Proficiency in SQL, Python, C#, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
· Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
· Experience in developing/understanding the ETL flow , familiar with Visual Studio or DATAIKU or other similar tools in ETL development is a plus
· Knowledge in relational database optimization and virtual machine management is a plus.
· Knowledge of OCR tool like ABBYY is a plus.
