HR Intern (f/m)

Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 260 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: HR Intern (f/m)
Your responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Support of recruitment processes
- Preparing and publishing job ads
- Support in screening of CVs
- Coordinating and scheduling of interviews
- Participation in recruitment meetings for entry level positions
- Propose outside of the box solutions in the area of optimization of recruitment process
Onboarding - Support HR team in planning monthly onboarding meetings for a new joiners
- Collect documents required by law from new joiners, ensure all of the documents are delivered to external suppliers
- Participate in onboarding improvement process, propose new solutions
Communication & Employer Branding: - Track the most important initiatives from the group and prepare communication, ensure that Axpo Polska employees are well-informed
- Support HR team in Employer Branding initiatives, participate in the job fairs, propose new solutions
- Actively participate in creation of My Start@Axpo linkedIn series
- Participate in HR team meetings in order to understand new initiatives and come up with own ideas how to implement them in Poland
Innovation/Improvement/HR Projects: - Challenge us with new ideas / improvements and or initiatives. We love to hear learn
- how we can get better
- Actively participate in local and group HR projects, ensure Axpo Polska HR team delivers high quality of work
Reporting: - Preparing necessary reports for the team and Axpo organization
- Analyzing HR data
- Supporting HR team in operational tasks
Our requirements: - University degree or student, preferably: Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Employer Branding
- 0-1 years of experience in HR/recruitment area
- Interest in development in recruitment/ HR area
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Presence in the office at least 3 times a week
- English level at minimum B1
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
