Start your UX career at Axpo, working on real digital products from research to final design. Join our UX team, learn from experienced colleagues, and help create simpler, more useful digital experiences.

What you will do:

• Support the design of user-centered digital products and services.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.

• Take part in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Turn research findings and feedback into clear design improvements.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, presenting and explaining your design decisions.

• Contribute to our design system and shared UX practices as you take on more ownership.

What you bring & who you are:

• A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.

• Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.

• A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.

• Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset and an interest in usability testing.

• Ideally, some hands-on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.

• A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.

This is a paid 6-month internship with the possibility of extension and the potential to transition into a full-time role, including additional employee benefits and occasional travel to our Madrid office.
