What you will do
Own global procurement processes such as strategic sourcing, contract management, and category strategy, working closely with process teams and senior sponsors
Lead the design and rollout of improvements to procurement methods and tools
Drive the selection, implementation, and continuous optimization of procurement systems
Build and maintain standardized methods across procurement teams
Track process KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within procurement, working closely with IT
What you bring & who you are
Experience in procurement operations, ideally with a focus on process optimization or tool development
Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset, comfortable guiding others through change
Analytical and solution-focused approach to identifying and closing process gaps
Ideally, certification in Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), Procurement (e.g., CIPS), or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a bonus
