Master Data Clerk (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Create and update customer, supplier, treasury, and creditor master data

• Identify duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and support data clean-up efforts

• Track system updates and escalate issues to the IT team

• Provide support to business users on master data processes

• Create and maintain dashboards, workflow lists, and process documentation

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance data quality and efficiency

What you bring & who you are:

• A mid-level education background is preferred

• Experience in data entry and familiarity with master data management concepts – ideally with tools such as Tribco EBX

• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving data-related issues

• Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset, comfortable managing stakeholder relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
