As a Digital Content & CMS Specialist, you will support the optimization and day-to-day management of Axpo's corporate website and digital presence. Working with your Functional Leadership from our Brand & Reputation team in Baden, Switzerland, you will be responsible for content updates, manage CMS operations, and coordinate with market teams across 40+ countries to maintain a consistent, high-quality digital experience..
What you will do:
Content Creation & Publishing: Taking care of digital content updates, create and publish web copy, metadata, and keywords following established brand guidelines and content calendars.
CMS Administration: Manage daily operations in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including publishing, updates, troubleshooting, testing, and implementing change requests while adhering to workflows and quality checklists.
Localization & Market Support: Coordinate with 40+ market teams to implement localized content and regional updates, ensuring market-specific adaptations align with brand guidelines.
Project Support: Support web projects (e.g., content migrations, localization, and releases with new functionalities) under project leadership and in collaboration with Communications, IT, and Marketing teams.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, SEO/GEO rankings), flag issues, and document project outcomes.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends, support testing of new tools, and contribute feedback to drive innovation within the digital content function.
What you bring & who you are:
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital content management and web management.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar enterprise CMS, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and web performance principles.
Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush) with practical experience in A/B testing.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization.
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in cross-functional, agile teams.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
