Are you passionate about creating impactful visuals and working within a dynamic, international team? Join Axpo as a Graphic Designer and help shape our corporate communications and marketing activities. In this role, you will create and adapt visual assets across digital and print channels, working within an established brand framework and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and our headquarters in Switzerland.
What you will do:
Create digital visual assets for corporate channels, including social media, presentations, and internal communications.
Design and adapt corporate print materials, such as brochures, factsheets, and event-related assets.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external printing vendors.
Produce simple motion graphics for digital and internal use.
Collaborate with the headquarters in Switzerland on the creation, adaptation, and localisation of marketing and communication materials.
Adapt Key Visuals across formats and channels within the existing corporate brand framework.
Ensure consistency, quality, and correct application of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple design tasks in parallel while meeting deadlines in a structured corporate environment.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, communications, project leads) and external partners when required.
What you bring & who you are:
3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; basic experience with After Effects is an advantage.
Solid experience in designing print materials and preparing files for professional printing.
Good understanding of corporate brand guidelines and structured design systems.
Very good command of German for daily work with German-language content; good command of English, as many materials are also created in English.
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style in an international team environment.
