Join Axpo Services AG and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable energy! As part of the Culture, Leadership & Learning team, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives that position Axpo as the preferred employer in the energy sector.
What you will do:
Support organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness across Axpo.
Conduct data-driven culture analysis by evaluating employee engagement data, survey results, and organizational metrics to inform strategies.
Coordinate the Great Place to Work 2026 program across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
Collaborate with experienced professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 semesters completed) or currently pursuing a master’s in business administration, organizational development, data science, psychology, or related fields.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
Genuine interest in culture transformation, leadership development, and the energy sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
Ideally, prior experience in project management, data analysis, or communications.
