Senior Procurement Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

Shape the future of procurement at Axpo Services AG! Lead the harmonization, standardization, and transformation of procurement processes across the organization, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through end-to-end Procure-to-Pay initiatives.
What you will do:
Lead Procure-to-Pay harmonization, standardization, and transformation as process owner, ensuring consistency and scalability
Design and manage process methodologies (Adonis, Navex) with focus on automation and efficiency gains
Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement and partner with Finance & Accounting for integrated P2P controls and exception reduction
Monitor process performance (KPIs, Celonis) and track improvement ROI
Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives (RPA, AI) to optimize workflows
Develop training programs and drive change adoption across the organization
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations
Certifications in Process Improvement (Six Sigma, Lean), Procurement (CIPS), or Project Management (PMP) are advantageous
Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay transformation, design, and harmonization across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong process ownership background with accountability for continuous performance enhancement
Experience with change management and organizational transformation
Proficiency with process tools (Adonis, Navex, Celonis) and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, PowerBI)
Experience translating data insights into process improvements and performance strategies
Familiarity with RPA and automation technologies in procurement
Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Manage stakeholder alignment and competing priorities effectively
Strong change leadership with focus on adoption and behavioral change
Exceptional communication skills for complex, diverse audiences
Data-driven problem-solving with project management expertise
German and English (fluent, written and spoken)
Spanish and/or Romanian is a plus
