Are you passionate about power markets and operational excellence? Join Axpo Bulgaria as an Operations Development Manager (Power) and play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and shaping the future of Power Operations.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of power markets and operational frameworks.

• Coordinate market changes and manage the handover of new processes to the Power Operations team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing IT systems, implement new tools, and configure and maintain scheduling systems for nominations.

• Drive continuous process improvements and optimize workflows related to power activities across departments.

• Support new business activities, including market registrations and operational setups.

• Monitor market changes and system operator communications and ensure new requirements are reflected in internal system updates.

• Ensure compliance with best practices and internal policies throughout the deal lifecycle.

• Represent Axpo in industry workshops and in meetings with Transmission System Operators (TSOs).

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Engineering or Economics.

• Strong knowledge of Power Operations processes and tasks.

• Solid understanding of IT systems used in Power Operations.

• Familiarity with system operator platforms, EEX platforms, and relevant regulations.

• Self-management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic environments.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.

• Strong communication, social, and analytical thinking abilities.

• Fluent in English.
