What you will do:

• Manage and handle daily transactions under the Confirmations Handling team’s operational scope.

• Process and maintain Endur deals, including validation, amendments, price fixing, and composer booking.

• Handle electronic and manual confirmations for Axpo Legal Entities (e.g., Axpo Solutions, Axpo Bulgaria, Axpo Singapore).

• Resolve day-to-day issues, trade disputes, and exceptional case scenarios with internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare documents for Serbian border reporting and perform operational activities across multiple systems (e.g., Endur, DeCoS, EMIS, Ice eConfirm).

• Train and supervise new employees while coaching less experienced team members.

• Participate in process creation, system automation, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Daily market trading controlling coverage:

-            Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 (standard);

-            End of Day Shift: 12:00 – 21:00 (on a team and operational delegation per need basis)

What you bring & who you are:

• Education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a technical field (university/university of applied sciences).

• Experience in the energy trading or sales industry is an advantage.

• Knowledge of energy and financial markets, including financial & physical products, contract mapping, and derivative settlements is an advantage.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of IT systems like Endur, Ice eConfirm, or EMIS is a plus.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
