Confirmations Handling Specialist – 24m Maternity Cover (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Manage and handle daily transactions under the Confirmations Handling team’s operational scope.
Process and maintain Endur deals, including validation, amendments, price fixing, and composer booking.
Handle electronic and manual confirmations for Axpo Legal Entities (e.g., Axpo Solutions, Axpo Bulgaria, Axpo Singapore).
Resolve day-to-day issues, trade disputes, and exceptional case scenarios with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare documents for Serbian border reporting and perform operational activities across multiple systems (e.g., Endur, DeCoS, EMIS, Ice eConfirm).
Train and supervise new employees while coaching less experienced team members.
Participate in process creation, system automation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Daily market trading controlling coverage:
- Day Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 (standard);
- End of Day Shift: 12:00 – 21:00 (on a team and operational delegation per need basis)
What you bring & who you are:
Education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a technical field (university/university of applied sciences).
Experience in the energy trading or sales industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of energy and financial markets, including financial & physical products, contract mapping, and derivative settlements is an advantage.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of IT systems like Endur, Ice eConfirm, or EMIS is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
