What you will do:
- Define the strategic direction and product roadmap with Finance project leads and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of product owners and technical experts.
- Drive digitalization and automation of Finance IT systems while ensuring stable operations.
- Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee seamless integration with other projects and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Develop governance frameworks for risk management, quality control, and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain and 5 years leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in implementing SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar products.
- Strong understanding of Finance IT tools, architecture, and processes.
- Experience in organizational change management and user adoption.
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM processes and agile concepts (e.g., SAFe).
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.
