Du hast Freude am Einkauf und willst Verantwortung in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld übernehmen? Werde Teil von Axpo als Operational Buyer und unterstütze uns bei der effizienten Abwicklung unserer Beschaffungsprozesse.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kategorienstrategien und Sourcing-Initiativen
  • Abwicklung von Bestellanforderungen, Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen, Wareneingängen und Rechnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von RfX-Prozessen
  • Überwachung von KPIs im Einkauf und Pflege der Beschaffungsdaten in Systemen
  • Beratung der internen Nutzer:innen zu Tools wie S4, Ariba und Fiori
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kategoriemanagement bei Risikoanalysen und Einhaltung von Vorgaben

Profil & Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation im Bereich Einkauf oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf und Kenntnisse über Einkaufsprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP- und Einkaufssystemen (z. B. SAP, Ariba)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick

Über das Team:
Du wirst Teil eines engagierten, internationalen Procurement-Teams in Cluj und arbeitest eng mit Category Manager:innen und internen Schnittstellen zusammen, um effiziente und regelkonforme Einkaufsprozesse sicherzustellen.
