At Axpo, Switzerland’s leading energy company, we are looking for a Jira Administrator to take charge of our Jira and Jira Service Management instances. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our project management landscape.
What you will do:
- Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances, including user management and project configurations.
- Customize workflows, screens, fields, and permissions to align with team needs.
- Implement and maintain JSM projects, including service desk configurations and automation rules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement productivity-enhancing solutions.
- Deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users.
What you bring & who you are:
- 2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
- Expertise in Jira workflows, permissions, and customization.
- Experience with advanced Jira customizations (Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner).
- Familiarity with Jira’s REST APIs; scripting experience in Groovy or Python is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
