Are you passionate about shaping people strategies and making a lasting impact within an international energy company? As an HR Business Partner at Axpo Bulgaria, you’ll drive local implementation of global HR initiatives and be a trusted partner to leaders and teams.

What you will do:

• Implement the global people strategy in Bulgaria, adapting it to local needs
• Advise leaders on HR processes such as salary reviews, promotions, performance and succession planning
• Support organizational and cultural development with a focus on inclusion and collaboration
• Guide leaders and employees through complex HR topics, including labor law and disciplinary matters
• Coordinate and deliver local onboarding, training, and development in collaboration with global HR teams
• Coordinate the local HR team and ensure a close collaboration with the corporate HR functions.
• Support administrative HR tasks in close collaboration with an HR Specialist in case needed
  
  

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree, preferably in Human Resources, with further HR-specific training
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within an international and matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with experience in handling sensitive cases
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English; German is a plus
• High integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills with a proactive approach
