What you will do:

• Design and run digital attraction campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive candidate engagement
• Create compelling content for job ads, social media, and outreach—aligned with our employer value proposition
• Leverage data and analytics to understand campaign performance and optimize audience targeting
• Collaborate closely with Employer Branding and TA teams to bring innovative ideas to life
• Pilot new tools, platforms, and marketing tactics to access fresh talent pools
• Build automated communication workflows that keep candidates informed, inspired, and engaged

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in running and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or programmatic job boards
• Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and translating brand into action
• Proficient in CRM systems (ATS knowledge is a nice to have), and familiar with marketing or automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Chatbots, Beamery)
• Curious, data-savvy, and always scanning for what’s next in recruitment tech and candidate trends
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with stakeholders across functions
