While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: Junior Front Analyst

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare regular balancing cost reports and perform deeper analytical dives
• Improve analytical reporting tools related to balancing activities
• Support the BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) setup project, including performance tracking, IT data flow orchestration, and market forecasting
• Assist in developing short-term market price forecasts and long-term pricing models
• Contribute to building hedging models for illiquid positions.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance
• Handle internal and external ad-hoc requests, pricing tasks, and custom analyses

Our requirements:

• Quantitative background in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or economics
• Specialization or experience in the energy market is a strong plus
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
• Programming skills in R and/or Python
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills and a drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level)
