Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: Senior Analyst (f/m)
for the team in the Finance Departament
Your responsibilities:
- Leading of the monthly settlement process of sales agents for SME business
- Leading of the yearly settlement process of sales agents for SME business
- Cooperation with IT teams in the projects related to the development of the application for settlement of agent fees
- Monthly verification of the quality data in CRM system – implementation of the procedures and reporting process
- Cooperation with the operational teams in the company in order to improve the quality of the data in the CRM system
- Support in operational tasks of the monthly and yearly settlement processes of sales agents for SME business
- Ad hoc analysis
Our requirements:
- Master’s Degree (Economy, Finance, Mathematics or related)
- Experience in the Project management
- 3-4 years of experience in the accounting or financial / controlling team
- SQL or Python skills will be an attitude
- Good written and spoken business English
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an attitude
- Strong "can do" mentality and willingness to deliver in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Attitude towards action and the ability to work entrepreneurially and self-sufficiently
- Independence and initiative in action
