What you will do:

• Prepare and execute timely, accurate invoicing for Power and Gas contracts, focusing on Switzerland and Eastern Europe
• Manage booking, validation, and maintenance of deals—ensuring data quality and on-time processing
• Act as main contact for billing disputes and process-related requests, providing fast resolution
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes, including data reconciliation and invoice clearance
• Continuously improve process quality and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Finance, and Back Office teams to resolve operational issues

What you bring & who you are:

• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or equivalent (university/university of applied sciences)
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in energy trading, sales, supply, or financial industries (must-have)
• Strong knowledge of energy and financial products, especially Gas and Power markets in Europe
• Experience in billing, accounts payable/receivable, or trade settlement (must-have)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ideally, fluent in other European languages and experienced with ETRM/ERP systems
• Open to learning, detail-oriented, and a true team player—apply even if you don’t meet every requirement!
