Are you passionate about supplier risk management and ensuring compliance across a global supply chain? As a Supply Risk Specialist at Axpo, you will play a key role in aligning supply base management processes with company policies while identifying and mitigating supplier risks.
What you will do:
- Work with the onboarding team to enhance supplier registrations on various platforms (Ariba SLP, Third Party Risk Assessment).
- Create internal and external training materials on supplier risk management.
- Analyze supplier risk assessment elements, including financial health, compliance, and ESG scoring.
- Ensure proper application of supplier segmentation criteria.
- Support the development of Axpo directives and guidelines.
- Identify high-risk suppliers, develop mitigation plans, and prepare risk committee documentation.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in supplier risk management and supplier performance evaluation.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of supplier risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in risk management tools and procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).
- Fluent in English + (German); additional language skills are a plus.
