Bei Axpo ist eine reibungslose Integration von Lieferanten entscheidend für effiziente Beschaffungsprozesse. Als Supplier Enablement Specialist unterstützt du Lieferanten im Registrierungsprozess, entwickelst Schulungsmaterialien und stellst die Genauigkeit von Lieferantendokumenten sicher. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte die Zukunft des Lieferantenmanagements mit!
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Schulungsmaterialien und Handbüchern für interne und externe Nutzung
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools unter Einsatz von KI und RPA
- Koordination von Tool-Upgrades, Patches und Erweiterungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Einkaufsmitarbeitende und Lieferanten zur Tool-Nutzung
- Überwachung der Tool-Nutzung und Unterstützung zur Steigerung der Anwenderakzeptanz
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Governance in den Beschaffungssystemen
Profil & Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung mit SAP Ariba und Beschaffungsprozessen
- Starke Fähigkeiten in Tool-Optimierung, Datenverwaltung und -genauigkeit
- Fähigkeit, Schulungsprogramme zu leiten und Teams bei der Einführung neuer Tools zu unterstützen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Detailorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise zur Lösung technologischer Herausforderungen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
