Supplier Onboarding Clerk (f/m/d)
Join Axpo EMEA Madrid as a Supplier Onboarding Clerk and support suppliers in their registration and operational processes on SAP Ariba. You will train internal stakeholders, improve processes, and enhance tool usability. Fluency in German and English is required, as the main supplier base is in Switzerland.
What you will do:
- Support suppliers with their onboarding process
- Create and enhance handbooks and training materials for suppliers and internal teams
- Continuously improve supplier onboarding processes and tools
- Identify process improvements using AI and RPA
- Coordinate tool upgrades and enhancements with IT
- Train procurement staff and suppliers on SAP Ariba functionality
- Maintain data accuracy and governance within procurement systems
What you bring & who you are:
- Experience in SAP Ariba and procurement processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving system-related issues
- Ability to drive tool optimization and ensure data accuracy
- Proficiency in ERP systems (S4/Hana, SAP Business Network) and data tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
