IT Service Management Consultant / Continuous Improvement (f/m/d)
Axpo’s Group IT is transforming, adopting agile methods and insourcing key services. As an IT Service Management Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for improving IT service delivery. You’ll shape ITSM processes, support process owners, and drive automation initiatives. Join us in optimizing Axpo’s IT capabilities.
What you will do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain ITSM processes based on best practices (ITIL, SAFe).
- Ensure IT services align with business needs and provide organizational value.
- Identify process improvement areas and streamline IT service delivery.
- Implement and oversee continual service improvement initiatives.
- Define and implement IT Service Management training and reporting (KPIs, dashboards).
What you bring & who you are:
- ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Strategic Leader certification.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira Service Management, Power BI a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
