Are you an experienced IT team lead with a passion for complex solutions in the energy market? As IT Manager in this role at Axpo, you'll lead a dynamic team delivering IT solutions for energy trading, energy logistics and power plant optimization across European energy markets. What you will do:

• Lead and mentor a team of 30+ IT specialists (developers, engineers…).

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and support of critical business applications for energy trading.

• Structure and shape the team by recruiting strong permanent and temporary external profiles to ensure high performance.

• Support personal development of the team members.

• Act as the key interface between the team and business stakeholders.

• Define appropriate target operation models to ensure system stability, performance and continuous improvement of IT services.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.

• Experience as team lead of a Business IT department.

• Understanding of the energy sector, energy trading or similar.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with multi-location, international teams.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
