Are you a highly organized professional with a passion for both event management and executive support? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to assist our Chief Data Officer while managing high-profile events and fostering an engaged community focused on AI and data-driven innovation. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to excel in personal assistance while showcasing your expertise in organizing impactful events.
What you will do:
- Serve as the Chief Data Officer's right-hand, managing their calendar, correspondence, and priorities with precision and discretion.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, high-stakes events, workshops, and meetings, often involving 150+ participants across several days. Ensure seamless logistics, preparation, and follow-ups to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-divisional activities to foster collaboration, learning, and networking opportunities.
- Act as the primary communication hub, relaying key insights and updates within the AI community to enhance engagement and innovation.
- Handle travel arrangements, process expenses, and manage incoming invoices efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, sharing relevant insights with the community and supporting the Chief Data Officer’s strategic goals.
What you bring & who you are:
- A commercial education, with additional qualifications in IT or AI as an advantage.
- Proven expertise in managing large, complex events (150+ attendees) and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
- Strong proficiency in O365 programs and excellent organizational skills for juggling multiple priorities.
- A solid understanding of AI trends, coupled with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual fluency in German and English (C1 level or above); additional languages are a bonus.
- Resilience, flexibility, empathy, and outstanding communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
