As a Due Diligence Specialist, you will manage high-risk Business Partner cases, conducting detailed investigations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with multiple teams, you'll play a crucial role in mitigating risks and enhancing internal procedures through thorough analysis and reporting.
What you will do:
- Review and process escalated Due Diligence cases.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into complex Business Partner profiles.
- Perform risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with ABC/AML/KYC and ESG regulations.
- Document findings and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalated cases and share best practices.
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in compliance, due diligence, or KYC roles.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills for complex cases.
- Fluent in English; German or Portuguese languages is a plus.
- Proficient with compliance-related tools and MS Office.

You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working closely with Procurement, Business Support, and Ethics & Compliance. The team values integrity, transparency, and ongoing learning to ensure regulatory excellence across the business.
