Implementing a Business Process Management (BPM) structure at Axpo will drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization. By leveraging a data-driven approach, we aim to optimize processes, foster ongoing enhancement, and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with Axpo's strategic objectives.
What you will do:
- Map out workflows, simulate scenarios, and identify improvements for BPM integration.
- Create insightful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
- Work with data from various sources to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate BPMN models representing business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; BPMN 2.0 certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of hands-on Data Analytics experience; 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
- Experience in process modeling with DSLs such as BPMN.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Fluency in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
