Join our dynamic Axpo team in Madrid as a Supply Chain Data/Business Analyst, where your expertise will drive the transformation of our Group-wide supply chain data. Engage in pioneering work to redefine how we analyze, structure, and leverage data to streamline our operations and enhance decision-making processes.
What you will do:
- Conduct an initial comprehensive analysis of our Group-wide SCM data, setting the foundation for data-driven excellence.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility, ensuring our supply chain's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a KPI dashboard using SAP Ariba Analytics and MS Power BI, making critical data readily available to stakeholders.
- Generate insightful analyses and reports, advising departments on SCM data utilization, driving strategic decisions across the organization.
- Foster collaboration across teams, identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost savings through data analytics.
What you bring & who you are:
- A Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, complemented by 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Python, Microsoft Power BI; knowledge of SAP Ariba Spend Analytics is a plus.
- A deep understanding of big data analytics, data modeling, and visualization, with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
- Strong communication skills, an open mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English; German and other languages are advantageous.
