While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: IT Business Analyst

Your responsibilities:

• Gather high-level requirements, analyze regulations, and define project scope
• Support Proof of Concept (if needed) with the Project Manager/Product Owner
• Collect and analyze processes, procedures, and historical information
• Identifying and proposing optimal IT system solutions in collaboration with IT architects
• Map and analyze AS-IS processes, optimize, and define TO-BE processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
• Report progress and findings to the Project Manager or relevant roles
• Preparing test scenarios after completing business analysis
• Manage requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies with the Project Manager

Our requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects within the banking, finance, telco, or energy sectors
• Proven track record in business analysis for IT implementation projects with large, complex systems
• Ability to create BPM diagrams for AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Capability to translate business requirements into User Stories in Jira
• Facilitating workshops with business units across the company
• Post-graduate education in product or project management (agile and waterfall methodologies) will be an advantage
• Master’s degree in IT/ICT, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; superior academic achievements are a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical English documents
• Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry is a plus (but not a must)
• High ethical standards, strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and team-oriented attitude
