Project & Process Specialist (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Lead or support projects and sub-projects focused on process and system optimization, working across teams and departments
Analyze and document existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement them
Define and maintain process documentation, particularly in Adonis and Confluence
Contribute to testing new features, system updates, and process changes, sharing practical feedback from daily operations
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives (CIP), including workshops, and bring your own ideas to the table
Handle billing for various customer and market segments, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for grid usage and energy delivery
What you bring & who you are:
Experience in customer communication and advisory work
Familiarity with the regulated Swiss energy market – knowledge of billing and market processes is a plus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with SAP IS-U, CRM, EDM Robotron, ServiceNow, Confluence, or Adonis is an advantage
An independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and deadlines
Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
Ideally, you bring experience in the energy sector
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
