Operations Specialist - Temporary (maternity leave) (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance in all countries where Axpo Bulgaria and Axpo Solutions trade, coordinating with internal teams and customs agents
Collect, review and verify documents for the KYC/customer onboarding process, using internal and external data sources
Communicate with internal departments (Compliance, Front Office, Business Data Management) and external counterparties parties to progress KYC cases
Support Front Office with trading counterparties' KYC document needs and coordinate approvals and signatures
Support the Accounting Team in clarifying and opening financial securities and counter-guarantees
Archive contracts and agreements, ensuring accurate versioning and acting as the reliable source of document information
What you bring & who you are:
A university degree in Engineering or Economics
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an energy trading company or financial institution
Good knowledge of commodity markets and European regulations
Strong IT user skills, including Microsoft Office
A detail-oriented, organized approach, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a solution-focused mindset
Fluent English is required.
