Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für den Entwicklungszyklus von Batteriespeicherprojekten – von der Standortidentifikation über die Netzanbindung bis zur Genehmigung und Vorbereitung der Investitionsentscheidung (FID)
Du leitest M&A-Prozesse, einschliesslich Projektidentifikation, Verhandlung, Koordination der Due Diligence und Vertragserstellung
Du baust Beziehungen zu Netzbetreibern, Grundeigentümerinnen und Grundeigentümern, Genehmigungsbehörden, gesetzlichen Trägern öffentlicher Belange, Stakeholdergruppen und der breiten Öffentlichkeit auf und pflegst diese
Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungspartnern und verwaltest Gesellschaften/SPVs für Batterieprojekte
Du verfolgst regulatorische und marktbezogene Entwicklungen im Bereich Batteriespeicher und erneuerbare Energien in Deutschland und Europa und bringst diese als strategischen Input ins Managementteam ein
Du stärkst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Batteries-Team, anderen Axpo-Renewables-Bereichen und den Group-Support-Funktionen von Axpo
Profil & Anforderungen
Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachbereich
5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (PV, Wind etc.) – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Genehmigungsverfahren und/oder Netzanschlussanträgen
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektentwicklung im Energiebereich, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Batteriespeicher (BESS); Erfahrung mit PV- oder Windprojekten ist ebenso willkommen
Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Energiemarkts und der Regulierung mit Schwerpunkt auf erneuerbaren Energien
Strategisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
