Senior Project Management Consultant (f/m/d)

Join us in driving ERP transformation- & optimisation-projects in an international environment. You will contribute your expertise across project phases, collaborate with diverse teams, and support sustainable business solutions with a structured and proactive approach.

What you will do:

• Support the project management of mid-sized and larger ERP implementation-, transformation-, and / or optimisation-projects

• Support building up a small project management services center in Cluj

• Actively contribute as project management officer, project stream-lead, or lead of a smaller high-complexity project

• Support project leaders and teams during design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases

• Maintain transparent project planning, reporting, and coordination activities

• Co-organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and project-related events

• Create presentations, project documentation, and reporting materials

What you bring & who you are:

• Completed academic studies, ideally in finance, business administration, law, engineering, or natural sciences

• 6–8 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment or with large ERP transformation projects

• Experience with project management methods such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall

• Familiarity with modern collaboration and project tools such as MS Teams, JIRA, or AI-supported tools

• Analytical, structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English and German; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are welcome
