Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports and dashboards for management and project teams.
Create and adapt communication and support materials — slide decks, one-pagers, quick reference guides, how-to documents, infographics, emails, videos, newsletters, and FAQs — aligned with brand guidelines and tailored to different audiences.
Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and stakeholder updates, breaking down complex information into clear, engaging content.
Track tasks, deliverables, and open actions using tools such as Jira, and help keep project information organized across cross-functional topics.
Maintain and organize team documentation and SharePoint/Confluence sites.
What you bring & who you are:

Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, internal communication, and project coordination.
Familiarity with AI and genuine curiosity about AI tools and ways of working — comfortability exploring, learning, and applying AI in your daily tasks.
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation, slides, emails, and internal communications.
Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized — you can manage multiple tasks, stay on top of deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Ideally, you also have experience with Jira, agile methodologies, or communication and design tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or PowerPoint. Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
