What you will do:

• Lead country operations in Hungary and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across the full deal life cycle

• Manage, coach and support the local operations team while fostering collaboration and development

• Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, settlement and operational controls for Power and Gas activities

• Act as the key connection between the Hungarian business and central functions such as Risk, Accounting, Logistics and IT

• Analyse new business requests, assess operational impacts and coordinate implementation with relevant teams

• Drive continuous improvement of processes, quality controls, KPIs and operational documentation

What you bring & who you are:

• 10+ years of experience in operations, finance, accounting or energy markets, ideally within energy trading, supply or financial services

• Several years of leadership experience with a collaborative and people-focused approach

• Strong understanding of Gas and Power markets, ideally across Europe and South East Europe

• Experience with invoicing, settlement, reconciliation and operational process management

• Confident communication skills in English and Hungarian; additional European languages are an advantage

• Analytical, organized and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
