Business Analyst (f/m/d)
Join us as a Business Analyst supporting the Origination business and help shape the evolution of our energy trading systems. Bring your analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and passion for improving business processes in an international environment.
What you will do:
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Support the enhancement and implementation of systems related to the Origination business
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system solutions
Provide user support, training, and documentation for ETRM and Origination systems
Contribute to testing activities, including module, integration, and acceptance testing
Support ongoing projects and help achieve team and departmental goals within the international energy trading business
What you bring & who you are:
You have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the energy trading industry
You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience
You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and solutions
You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
You maintain high standards in documentation and process traceability
Ideally, you have experience with ETRM systems, especially OpenLink Endur, and additional language skills in German or Spanish
