Are you detail-driven and service-oriented with a passion for operational procurement? Join Axpo Services Cluj to support purchasing processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic procurement goals in a dynamic, international setting.

What you will do:

• Support the execution of category strategy and sourcing processes

• Assist with internal demand and supply market analysis

• Manage requisitions, orders, confirmations, GRs/SES, and invoices

• Coordinate RfX processes and supplier awarding documentation

• Advise users on procurement tools (S4, Fiori, Ariba, BC365)

• Maintain procurement systems and report on KPIs

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or commercial/technical apprenticeship with procurement training

• Experience in operational procurement or purchasing

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused mindset

• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems

• Proficient in English and German

You’ll be part of a collaborative Shared Service Center team in Cluj, working closely with business units and category leaders across Axpo. The environment is fast-paced, solution-oriented, and open to continuous improvement and digitalization.
