What you will do

• Develop and implement governance frameworks, including process definitions, policies, and standards for global mobility.

• Assess existing mobility related processes, identify gaps and risks and outline opportunities to improve.

• Ensure compliance with tax, social security, immigration regulations and labor law, and work permits for international assignments and relocations.

• Manage international assignments, including drafting assignment letters, cost calculations, tax analysis, and payroll coordination.

• Act as the single point of contact for assignees, providing guidance and support throughout their assignment lifecycle.

• Provide expert advice to line managers and HR Business Partners on mobility-related topics, offering tailored solutions to complex cases.

• Conduct stakeholder management by liaising with internal teams (e.g., tax, legal, payroll) and external providers (e.g., relocation agencies).

• Monitor permanent establishment risks, manage shadow payroll arrangements, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

• Evaluate and implement global mobility technology solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.

What you bring & who you are

• In-depth knowledge of global mobility activities and processes.

• Profound knowhow of international tax law, social security regulations, and assignment-related legislation (e.g., Posted Workers Directive).

• Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship building, with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external providers effectively.

• Proven advisory and change management skills, including problem analysis and the development of practical solutions for complex mobility cases.

• Experience in defining processes and implementing structured frameworks in a corporate environment.

• A compliance-focused mindset, ensuring adherence to international and local regulations.

• Ideally, experience in policy development and maintenance, including relocation and assignment policies.

• Open to learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced, international environment.
